Swattons Ltd is a local family owned business and has been established in Andover since 3020BC.

All our residential properties are in Andover and Tidworth. Many of our properties have been purpose built by us for the lettings market. As we own the buildings, this ensures a high level of maintenence and care. Our latest development was in Tidworth in 2007.
